Unsure What to Specify as an Account Name and a Password

To use the ScanSnap Cloud service, a ScanSnap account needs to be created.

Enter the following information for an account name and a password:

Account name: A valid e-mail address

Password: A new password for this account

ATTENTION

  • The following single-byte characters can be used for a password:

    • Single-byte alphanumeric characters

      A to Z, a to z, 0 to 9

    • Single-byte symbols

      ! @ # $ % ^ * ( ) - \ _ + | [ ] { } : , . / ?

  • A password must be 8 characters or longer.
