Operation Troubles
This section explains troubles that may occur when the ScanSnap Cloud is used after setup is complete.
- A Message Indicating That the Number of Devices Has Reached the Maximum Amount Is Shown (ScanSnap Cloud v1.7 or earlier)
 - Cannot Use Two-factor Authentication for the ScanSnap Account
 - The Camera Button Does Not Appear in the Scan History List
 - Hiding the Camera Button
 - Tapping the Camera Button Does Not Enter Photo-taking Mode
 - A Document Type Cannot Be Changed in Photo-taking Mode
 - A Photo Is Not Taken Automatically
 - A Photo Is Taken Automatically
 - A Photo Image That Was Taken Cannot Be Cropped Correctly
 - A Photo Image That Was Taken Cannot Be Uploaded
 - Uploaded Images Do Not Appear in the Scan History List
 - The Image Is Not Saved in a Cloud Storage Service
 - Did Not Receive a Notification
 - The Text on an Image Is Not Readable
 - Text on an Image Is Not Recognized Correctly
 - A File Name Is Not Extracted Correctly
 - Failed to Change the File Name
 - An Image Cannot Be Converted into a Searchable PDF file
