Transferring a Scanned Image to Another Application

A scanned image can be transfered to an application other than the ScanSnap Cloud application when you want to check or use the content of a file with another application.
  1. In the scan history list, tap the scan history to transfer to another cloud storage service.

    The Detail View Screen appears.

  2. Tap Transfer Button.
  3. Select a page that you want to transfer to another application and then select a file format from the following:

    • [All pages (searchable PDF)]

      Transfers all pages of the displayed scanned image as a searchable PDF file.

    • [Send all pages (PDF)]

      Converts all pages of the displayed scanned image into a PDF file and transfers it.

    • [Send this page (PDF)]

      Converts only the displayed page into a PDF file and transfers it.

    • [Send this page (JPEG)]

      Converts only the displayed page into a JPEG file and transfers it.

    HINT

    • [Send all pages (PDF)] appears only when a scanned image contains multiple pages.

    • [Send this page (JPEG)] appears only when the displayed scanned image is in color or gray.

    • [All pages (searchable PDF)] appears only when the scanned image is a searchable PDF file.

    A list of applications appears.

  4. Tap the application in the list.

    The application starts, and displays the file.
