											If you use Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7 to view e-mail with the destination domain of "@outlook.jp", the e-mail shows garbled characters. 
- Solution
- 
											It is recommended to configure settings on the latest version of Internet Explorer. If you cannot use the latest version of Internet Explorer, perform the following: - In Internet Explorer, select [Tools] → [Internet Options] → [General] tab and click the [Accessibility] button. - The [Accessibility] window appears. 
- Select the [Ignore font styles specified on webpages] checkbox. 
- Click the [OK] button. - The [Accessibility] window is closed. 
- Click the [OK] button. - The [Internet Options] window is closed.
