Failed to Update the Firmware.
									Causes and solutions for when a firmware update fails during the ScanSnap Cloud application setup are explained below.
								
								- Cause
- 
											The issue may be caused by the following: - Because the network was disconnected while firmware is being downloaded, downloading the data failed. 
- The computer is not connected to the ScanSnap via a USB cable. 
- The ScanSnap is turned off. 
 
- Solution
- 
											- Connect the computer to the Internet. 
- Connect the computer and the ScanSnap with a USB cable. 
- Turn the ScanSnap off and turn it back on. - If the power is not turned off even after the feed guide is closed, press the [Scan/Stop] button and the WPS button simultaneously with the feed guide closed. The ScanSnap is forced to turn off. 
- Update the firmware again.
