Charging Capacity Is Low.

If the charging capacity is low while updating the firmware during the ScanSnap Cloud application setup, use the following procedure to perform the setup again:

  1. Click Close Button to end the setup.

  2. Charge the battery.

    Connect a USB cable to the USB connector of the ScanSnap and the USB port of the computer that is turned on. Battery charging starts.

    During battery charging, the battery indicator lights up in orange.

    When battery charging is complete, the battery indicator lights up in blue.

  3. After the battery is charged, start over the setup.

HINT

It is recommended that you perform the setup with a USB cable connected to the power source.
