Changing the Connection Method from Access Point Connection to Direct Connection
When a computer is connected to the ScanSnap by using an access point, change the connection method for the computer to a direct connection and connect the computer to the ScanSnap directly rather than via a wireless access point.

Set the Wi-Fi connect mode for the ScanSnap.

- Select [Direct connection].

- Enter the network name (SSID) and security key that are displayed in the [Device connection guide] screen in the window for setting the Wi-Fi function.
- Enter the network name (SSID) and security key that are displayed in the [Connecting Devices] screen in the window for setting the Wi-Fi function.
The connection method has been changed from an access point connection to a direct connection. The computer and the ScanSnap are connected directly via Wi-Fi.
