Migrating Files Managed in ScanSnap Connect Application to ScanSnap Home

When files are migrated from ScanSnap Connect Application to ScanSnap Home, the files managed by ScanSnap Connect Application will be managed by ScanSnap Home.

To migrate files, tap the file migration menu in Hamburger Menu→ [Settings] in ScanSnap Home, then follow the instructions on the displayed screen.

HINT

  • If you used the ScanSnap Sync function in ScanSnap Connect Application, the following files cannot be migrated to ScanSnap Home.

    • Files not downloaded from a cloud service to ScanSnap Connect Application

    • Files saved in a subfolder in the folder synchronized with a cloud service

  • From among the files migrated from ScanSnap Connect Application to ScanSnap Home, only image files created from documents scanned with the ScanSnap can be displayed in the Preview screen.
