The "Failed to send the data via email because the address is wrong." (B11Fg102) Error Is Displayed

If the "Failed to send the data via email because the address is wrong." (B11Fg102) error is displayed when you are using the ScanSnap, check the following.

Is the e-mail address for the destination correct?

If you click the [Sending status] button, you can check the e-mail address that the data could not be sent to.

If necessary, modify the e-mail address in the following procedure, and then perform a scan again.

  1. Click the [Scan] button at the top of the main window of ScanSnap Home to display the scan window.

    If the main window is not already displayed, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. Select the profile that you are using from the profile list.

  3. Click Edit Profiles to display the [Edit profiles] window.

  4. Click the [Email setting] button for [Cloud Service] to display the [Email setting] window.

  5. Modify the e-mail address that is set in [To].

  1. Click the [Scan] button at the top of the main window of ScanSnap Home to display the scan window.

    If the main window is not already displayed, click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. Select the profile that you are using from the profile list.

  3. Click Edit Profiles to display the [Edit profiles] window.

  4. Click the [Email setting] button for [Cloud Service] to display the [Email setting] window.

  5. Modify the e-mail address that is set in [To].

 

HINT
  • If this error is displayed even though the e-mail address is correct, the e-mail address may be registered as an email address that cannot be delivered by an email delivery service.
