There Are No Network Folders Displayed in the Save Destination Folder Selection Window

In a profile of ScanSnap Home, if there are no network folders displayed in the window for selecting a destination folder where scanned images are to be saved, check the following:

Is network discovery turned on on the operating system? (Windows)

Turn on network discovery on the operating system.

Did you connect to a network folder using Finder? (Mac OS)

Connect to the network folder using Finder, then reset the image save destination.
