Files Saved Directly from the ScanSnap to a Network Folder Cannot Be Opened
If you cannot open the image files after saving scanned images directly from the ScanSnap to a network folder, check the following:
Were there any errors in the network connection while scanning a document?
If there were any errors in the network connection while scanning a document, image files may not be created properly.
Delete the saved files, then try scanning again.
