Did Not Receive a Notification (Mac OS)
A notification is sent to your computer when a scan is finished and when an error occurs during a scan. If you do not receive a notification, check the following:
Is your computer set not to receive or display a notification?
Change the computer settings to receive or display a notification.
For details, refer to the manual of the computer.
Is the security level high in the network that you are on, such as an network for an office?
Contact the network administrator.
Is there any problem with the communication status?
This notification feature uses a system provided by Apple Inc. However, this system does not guarantee that your computer will always receive a notification. You may not receive a notification on your computer depending on the environment, such as when the environment affects the communication status.
Use it in an environment where the communication status is good.
