  1. When the left and right pages of an open binder are contents pages, and the edge of a page is clicked, there is a delayed response.
  2. For the following operations, if the Rack2-Filer data is specified directly under the system drive (For example: C drive), saved data may not be viewable in explorer.
    • [Export Binder] for a binder from Rack2-Filer
    • [Export] for a binder in Rack2-Viewer
    • [Save As] in Rack2-WorkArea
  3. If the display resolution is 800 X 600, part of the Raku2 ImageWriter settings screen is not displayed.
  4. In the [Rack2-Viewer Settings] window of Rack2-Viewer, a PDF file attachment cannot be set in the Rack2-Viewer window.
  5. When creating key text blocks, the operation cannot be cancelled while in progress because the [Extracting Text] dialog box is hidden.

Use one of the following methods to jump to a page.
  • Jump to a page by clicking an item in a contents page
  • Click on the edge of a page when the left and right pages are not contents pages
  • Jump to a page from the [Jump to Selected Page] dialog box
  • Jump to a page by entering the page number in the page range input field

Method

Do not set the save destination for Rack2-Filer data as directly under the system drive (for example: C drive).
If data is already saved directly under the system drive, the data is saved to the following location according to the OS default settings. Move the data to another folder.
C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Local/VirtualStore
This folder can be accessed from the explorer [Compatibility files] menu.


3 If the display resolution is 800 X 600, some of the Raku2 ImageWriter settings screen cannot be displayed.
Prevention
Method

Since this problem is unique to Windows® 7, change the position of the taskbar display by the following setting method.
Select [Control Panel] - [Customize the Start menu].
The [Taskbar and Start Menu Properties] dialog box will open. For "Taskbar location on screen", select "Left" or "Right", and click [OK].
