No paper in ADF paper chute

Confirm if the document is loaded in ADF paper chute correctly. Follow below steps to check the ADF status:

• Pad ASSY attached correctly? -> Attach Pad ASSY correctly.
• Does the document in ADF paper chute reach Pick roller? -> Open and close the ADF to initialize the ADF, then load the document in ADF paper chute.
• Follow below procedure to open and close ADF:
  1. Remove any documents in ADF paper chute.
  2. Open ADF by pushing on ADF button.
     If Imprinter option is installed, open the Imprinter before opening ADF.
  3. Press down on the center of ADF cover to close.
     If Imprinter option is installed, reinstall the Imprinter after closing ADF cover.

If error recurs after above attempt, contact Fujitsu authorized service center.
