Failed to Change the File Name
- Cause
- 
											The issue may be caused by the following: - The file name was changed in a cloud storage service. 
- The folder name was changed in a cloud storage service or the file was moved to another folder. 
- The account for a cloud storage service has expired. 
- The account for a cloud storage service has changed. 
 
- Solution
- 
											- When the file name was changed in a cloud storage service - The file name has already been changed, so no action is required. 
- When the folder name was changed in a cloud storage service or the file was moved to another folder - Set a folder to be used in the ScanSnap Cloud application again. 
- When an account for a cloud storage service has expired - Set the account for the cloud storage service again, and set the cloud storage service in the ScanSnap Cloud application. 
- When an account for a cloud storage service has changed - Set up the cloud storage service in the ScanSnap Cloud application again. When doing so, log into the cloud storage service with the changed account.
