Performing Text Recognition on the Characters of a Business Card or a Receipt on an Item-by-Item Basis
When the document type of a content data record is "Business Cards" or "Receipts", you can mark a character string on an item-by-item basis and perform text recognition for each item.
The character strings that you can perform text recognition on again are the character strings of an image in a content data record created from the document that you scanned with the ScanSnap.

Select [Open ScanSnap Home] in the menu that appears when you click
at the top of the scan window to display the Main Window.
- In the content data record view, click
in [View].
Text recognition is performed on the character string that is marked with a frame in the image and then the value for the corresponding item in content information will be updated with the recognition result.
If the value for the corresponding item in content information will not be updated to the expected value, change the value in content information manually.
macOS
