Changing the Save Destination for the [ScanSnap Home] Folder
Windows
Change the save destination for the [ScanSnap Home] folder in ScanSnap Home. The [ScanSnap Home] folder is displayed under the [PC] folder in the folder list view on the main window.

Select [Preferences] in the menu that appears when you click
at the top of the scan window to display the preferences window.
- In the [Change folder] window, select a folder that you want to change to, and click the [Select Folder] button.
When moving all files in the [ScanSnap Home] folder to the new destination folder, select [Move] in the window for a message that appears by clicking the [Select Folder] button.
TIPWhen you click the [Cancel] button in the middle of changing the save destination for the [ScanSnap Home] folder, if a message is displayed indicating that the ScanSnap Home folder has been changed, importing the files that are in the new destination folder to ScanSnap Home is stopped.
Perform one of the following:
When you do not import files from the new destination folder to ScanSnap Home
Change the save destination for the [ScanSnap Home] folder back to the previous folder.
When you import files from the new destination folder to ScanSnap Home
Perform the following:
Display the scan window of ScanSnap Home.
Select [Open ScanSnap Home] in the menu that appears when you click
at the top of the scan window to display the main window.Click
that is located next to the search bar.
The files in the new destination folder are imported to the [ScanSnap Home] folder.
The new save destination is set for the [ScanSnap Home] folder under the [PC] folder in the folder list view.
macOS
Change the save destination for the [ScanSnap Home] folder in ScanSnap Home. The [ScanSnap Home] folder is displayed under the [Mac] folder in the folder list view on the main window.

Select [Preferences] in the menu that appears when you click at the top of the scan window to display the preferences window.
- Select a new destination folder in the [Select Folder] window, and click the [OK] button.
When moving all files in the [ScanSnap Home] folder to the new destination folder, select [Move] in the window for a message that appears by clicking the [OK] button.
