The Status of the ScanSnap When Using ScanSnap Cloud

The status of the ScanSnap can be checked via the color of the Wi-Fi indicator and the [Scan] button when you establish a link with a cloud service by using ScanSnap Cloud. Status of the Scanner

Purple

Purple (lit)

The ScanSnap is able to establish a link with a cloud service.

Scanning documents starts when you press the [Scan] button.

Scanning documents starts when you press the [Scan] button.

Blue (flashing)

The ScanSnap is scanning documents or waiting for the next document to scan.

When scanning a document with Return Scan, inserting a document into the manual feeder on the ScanSnap automatically starts a scan.

When the scanning of all documents is complete, pressing the [Scan] button saves the scanned images to a cloud service.

When the document is inserted in the ScanSnap, scanning starts automatically.

When the scanning of all documents is complete, pressing the [Scan/Stop] button saves the scanned images to a cloud service.

A document is being scanned, or a scanned image is being saved to a cloud service.

Orange (lit)

The document length has exceeded the maximum length that can be scanned with the ScanSnap, a paper jam has occurred, or another error has occurred.

Purple (flashing twice repeatedly)

The ScanSnap has recovered from an error and can continue scanning documents. Scanning documents starts when you load a document in the ScanSnap and press the [Scan] button.

Blue (lit)

Communication via a Wi-Fi connection was disconnected.

A ScanSnap malfunction was detected.
