Profiles That Have Been Displayed on the Touch Panel Are Not Displayed

If profiles that have been displayed on the touch panel are not displayed, check the following:

Did you connect to the ScanSnap by using ScanSnap Manager?

If you connected to the ScanSnap by using ScanSnap Manager installed on another computer, [Selected user] is automatically set for [Display of profiles] in the [Scanner settings] screen that can be displayed after displaying the [Settings] screen on the touch panel.

When [Selected user] is set for [Display of profiles], only profiles created with the computer that is using the ScanSnap are displayed on the touch panel.

If you want to display the profiles that were created on another computer which was connected to the scanner before, connect the computer with the ScanSnap again.

Did you change the setting for [Display of profiles] on the touch panel?

If you changed the setting for [Display of profiles] in the [Scanner settings] screen that can be displayed after displaying the [Settings] screen on the touch panel, the profiles that are managed in the ScanSnap are initialized.

When you connect the ScanSnap with a computer, the ScanSnap is synchronized with ScanSnap Home, and profiles are displayed on the touch panel of the ScanSnap.

If you want to display the profiles that were created on another computer which was connected to the scanner before, connect the computer with the ScanSnap again.
