Copying/Renaming/Deleting a Scanned Image (When Using ScanSnap Cloud)
Copy an image saved in the ScanSnap Cloud server to a local folder or network folder, as well as rename it or manually delete it.
To use ScanSnap Cloud, you must sign in to a ScanSnap account.

Windows
- Display the Scan Window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.

Select [Open ScanSnap Home] in the menu that appears when you click
at the top of the scan window to display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud).
- Click
, which is displayed next to the [Open scan window] button at the top of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
- Copy, rename, or delete a scanned image.
- To copy a scanned image

In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image that you want to copy.
Select [Save the image] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record.
Select a new destination folder in the [Select Folder] window, and click the [OK] button.
The image of the selected content data record is copied from the ScanSnap Cloud server to the specified folder.
- To change the file name of a scanned image

In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with the scanned image whose file name you want to change.
Select [Rename] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record.
Enter a title for the content data record and then press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.
The title of the content data record is changed, and the file name of a scanned image that is saved on the ScanSnap Cloud server and in a could service is changed.
- To delete a scanned image

In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image that you want to delete.
Select [Delete] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record.
Read the confirmation message and click the [OK] button.
The selected content data record is deleted from the content data record list view, and the scanned image is deleted from the ScanSnap Cloud server.
However, the scanned image that is already saved in a cloud service via the ScanSnap Cloud server is not deleted.
macOS
- Display the Scan Window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.

Click the content data record while pressing the [control] key, and select [Save the image] from the menu that appears.
Select a new destination folder in the [Save a file] window, and then click the [Save] button.
The image of the selected content data record is copied from the ScanSnap Cloud server to the specified folder.
- To change the file name of a scanned image

In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with the scanned image whose file name you want to change.
Click the content data record while pressing the [control] key on the keyboard, and select [Change the title] from the menu that appears.
Enter a new folder name and then press the [Return] key on the keyboard.
The title of the content data record is changed, and the file name of a scanned image that is saved on the ScanSnap Cloud server and in a could service is changed.
- To delete a scanned image

In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image that you want to delete.
Click the content data record while pressing the [control] key, and select [Delete] from the menu that appears.
Read the confirmation message and click the [OK] button.
The selected content data record is deleted from the content data record list view, and the scanned image is deleted from the ScanSnap Cloud server.
However, the scanned image that is already saved in a cloud service via the ScanSnap Cloud server is not deleted.
