Adding/Changing/Deleting Tags for Categorizing Content Data Records

• To Display the Scan Window

One content data record can have up to 100 tags. ScanSnap Home in its entirety can manage up to 10,000 tags.

To add a tag

1. Click for [Tag] in the content data record view.

   If the content data record view is not displayed, click on the toolbar.

2. Click and enter a new tag to be added, and then press the [Return] key on the keyboard.

   You can either enter a tag in the input field or select a tag from the list.

The tags categorizing the content data records are added.

To change a tag

1. Select a tag you want to rename in [Tag] in the folder list view.

2. Click the selected tag and enter a tag name in the input field.

The names of the tags categorizing the content data records are changed.

To delete a tag

1. Click for [Tag] in the content data record view.

   If the content data record view is not displayed, click on the toolbar.

2. Click for a tag to be deleted.

The tags categorizing the content data records are deleted.
