Searching for Information in Content Data Records Created from Documents That You Scanned
Search for content data records you want to browse among content data records managed with ScanSnap Home.
Windows
- Display the Scan Window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.

Select [Open ScanSnap Home] in the menu that appears when you click
at the top of the scan window to display the Main Window.
- Select a folder in which you search for content data records in the folder list view.
To search all content data records that are managed with ScanSnap Home, select the [PC] folder.
Note that the [Recycle Bin] folder is excluded from the search. To search content data records in the [Recycle Bin] folder, select the [Recycle Bin] folder.
- Search for content data records.
- To search for content data records with keywords

In the toolbar, enter the keywords in the search bar with
.
When a list of past searches and keyword suggestions appear by entering a character string in the search bar, you can select a keyword from the list and search for content data records.
Press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.
- To search for content data records by specifying search options

Select a search key from the search options that appear when you click
in the search bar on the toolbar.
Enter a keyword after the search key that is displayed in the search bar.
Press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.
To specify multiple search options, repeat the procedure from steps a to c.
The content data records found are displayed in the Content Data Record List View.
macOS
- Display the Scan Window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.
