Setting a User Name and an Icon Color for Your Computer
You can set the account name used to sign in to a ScanSnap account or the device name of your computer, which will be displayed as a user name on the touch panel and in the scan window. You can also set the color of the icon displayed with the account name or device name, as well as the color of the profile icons. Select [Preferences] in the menu that appears when you click

TIPTo change a color for the icons of profiles linked with a cloud service using ScanSnap Cloud when [All users] is set for the [Display of profiles] screen on the touch panel, select a color for the icons in [Color] in [ScanSnap account] that is displayed after signing in to your ScanSnap account.
