Copying a Scanned Image (When Using ScanSnap Cloud)

Copy an image saved in the ScanSnap Cloud server to a local folder or network folder.

  1. Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. Click Cloud, which is displayed next to the [Scan] button at the top of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
  3. In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image that you want to copy.

    If you copy multiple images, select the content data records with the images while holding down the [Ctrl] key or [Shift] key.

  4. Select [Save the image] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record.
  5. Select a new destination folder in the [Select Folder] window, and click the [OK] button.

The image is copied from the ScanSnap Cloud server to the computer.

  1. Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. Click Cloud, which is displayed next to the [Scan] button at the top of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
  3. In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image that you want to copy.

    If you copy multiple images, select the content data records with the images while holding down the [command command] key or [Shift] key.

  4. Click the content data record while pressing the [control] key, and select [Save the image] from the menu that appears.
  5. Select a new destination folder in the [Save a file] window, and then click the [Save] button.

The image is copied from the ScanSnap Cloud server to the computer.
