Saving a Scanned Image in Another Cloud Service (When Using ScanSnap Cloud)
When the document type for the scanned document is detected incorrectly, if you change the document type for the content data record, it is saved in your intended cloud service.
If you scanned long page documents by pressing the [Scan] button on the ScanSnap for more than 3 seconds, "Documents" will be fixed as the document type for the content data records, so you cannot save the scanned images to another cloud service.
Select [Change document type] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record, and display the window for selecting a document type.
Select the same document type as the scanned document, and then click the [Save] button.
The image is saved in the cloud service which is set for the selected document type.
Select [Change document type] in the menu that appears when you click the content data record while holding down the [control] key on the keyboard, and display the window for selecting a document type.
Select the same document type as the scanned document, and then click the [Save] button.
The image is saved in the cloud service which is set for the selected document type.
