Saving a Scanned Image Manually in a Cloud Service (When Using ScanSnap Cloud)

After scanning documents with the ScanSnap, manually save scanned images (that are being put on hold in the ScanSnap Cloud server) in a cloud service.

HINT
  • Multiple images with the same document type for the content data records that have established a link with the same cloud service can be saved in the cloud service all at once.

  1. Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. Click Cloud, which is displayed next to the [Scan] button at the top of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
  3. In the folder list view, select the [Wait to send] folder in the [Cloud] folder.
  4. In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image which you want to save in a cloud service.

    If you save multiple images in content data records, select the content data records while holding down the [Ctrl] key or [Shift] key.

  5. Click the [Upload] button in the message that is displayed in the content data record view.

The images are sent to a cloud service and moved to the [Sent] folder in the folder list view.

The images are saved in a cloud service which is set in the profile that was used when documents were scanned.

  1. Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. Click Cloud, which is displayed next to the [Scan] button at the top of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
  3. In the folder list view, select the [Wait to send] folder in the [Cloud] folder.
  4. In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image which you want to save in a cloud service.

    If you save multiple images in content data records manually, select the content data records while holding down the [command command] key or [Shift] key.

  5. Click the [Upload] button in the message that is displayed in the content data record view.

The images are sent to a cloud service and moved to the [Sent] folder in the folder list view.

The images are saved in a cloud service which is set in the profile that was used when documents were scanned.
