Part of the Image Appears Missing (Carrier Sheet)
When you perform a scan with the ScanSnap Carrier Sheet, if the scanned image appears missing, check the following:
Did you place several small documents (such as photos, postcards, or small pieces of paper) in the Carrier Sheet to be scanned?
Place one sheet at a time in the Carrier Sheet to scan.
Is the fold line of the document outside the range of the Carrier Sheet?
Part of the image may appear missing around the fold line of the document placed inside the Carrier Sheet when [one double-page spread image] is specified for [Save as] in the scan settings.
Place the document so that the fold line of the document is placed about 1 mm inside from the edge of the Carrier Sheet.
