Files That Were Worked on in File Explorer or Finder Do Not Appear on the Main Window
If the files that were worked on in File Explorer or Finder do not appear on the main window of ScanSnap Home, check the following:
Have you refreshed the display of the folder managed in ScanSnap Home?
Refresh the display of the folder managed in ScanSnap Home by the following procedure.
When the display of the folder that is managed in ScanSnap Home is updated, the changes you made in File Explorer or Finder are applied to ScanSnap Home.

Display the main window of ScanSnap Home.

that is located next to the search bar.
The content data record list view in ScanSnap Home is updated.
If you select [View] in the menu → [Refresh all folders] in the main window, the display of all folders managed in ScanSnap Home is refreshed.

in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.
