Profiles Linked with a Cloud Service Using ScanSnap Cloud Are Not Displayed on the Touch Panel
If profiles linked with a cloud service using ScanSnap Cloud are not displayed on the touch panel of the ScanSnap, check the following:
Did you specify [Selected user] for the method for displaying profiles?
If [Selected user] is specified for the method for displaying profiles on the touch panel of the ScanSnap, profiles linked with a cloud service using ScanSnap Cloud will only be displayed when [Access point connection] is specified for [Wi-Fi connect mode] of the ScanSnap.
Check the method for displaying profiles by the following procedure.
Press
in the home screen on the touch panel of the ScanSnap to display the [Settings] screen.
Press
to display the [Scanner settings] screen.
Check a method for displaying profiles in [Display of profiles].
If [Selected user] is specified for the method for displaying profiles, specify [Access point connection] for [Wi-Fi connect mode] of the ScanSnap by the following procedure.
Press
in the home screen on the touch panel of the ScanSnap to display the [Settings] screen.
Press
to display the [Wi-Fi settings] screen.
Select [Access point connection] for [Wi-Fi connect mode] of the ScanSnap.
If the ScanSnap is not connected to a wireless access point, refer to Connecting the ScanSnap to a Wireless Access Point and connect the ScanSnap to a wireless access point.
