The [Scan] Button Does Not Become Available Even After a Profile Icon Is Selected on the Touch Panel of the ScanSnap
If the [Scan] button does not become available even after a profile icon is selected on the touch panel of the ScanSnap, check the following:
Is the ScanSnap connected to a computer or mobile device properly?
When the ScanSnap is connected to a computer or mobile device via Wi-Fi, check that there are no problems with the Wi-Fi environment.

When the ScanSnap is connected to a computer via a USB cable, check that the USB cable is connected properly.
Prior to using a profile that establishes a link with a cloud service by using ScanSnap Cloud, you need to configure the settings in order to use ScanSnap Cloud.
