Saving a Scanned Image in a Specified Folder

An image in a PDF format or JPEG format can be saved in the folder that you specified.

HINT
  • When saving an image in the specified folder, you cannot specify a file name.

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. In the Content Data Record List View, select a content data record with an image that you want to save.

    If you save multiple images in content data records, select the content data records while holding down the [Ctrl] key or [Shift] key.

  3. Select [Save the image] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record.
  4. Specify a save destination for the image in the [Select a folder] window and click the [Select Folder] button.

The images are saved in the specified folder.

HINT
  • When there are multiple JPEG images in a content data record, a folder with the same name as the content data record is created and the images are saved in that folder.

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. In the Content Data Record List View, select a content data record with an image that you want to save.

    If you save multiple images in content data records, select the content data records while holding down the [command command] key or [Shift] key.

  3. Click the content data record while pressing the [control] key, and select [Save the image] from the menu that appears.
  4. Specify a save destination for the image in the window for selecting a folder and click the [Save] button.

The images are saved in the specified folder.

HINT
  • When there are multiple JPEG images in a content data record, a folder with the same name as the content data record is created and the images are saved in that folder.
