Renaming a Folder

Windows

Rename a folder in ScanSnap Home.

TIP

The following folders cannot be renamed.
- [PC] folder
- [ScanSnap Home] folder

Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.
Select the folder you want to rename in the folder list view.
Click the folder name.
Enter a new folder name.
Press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.

The folder name is changed.

Mac OS

Rename a folder in ScanSnap Home.

TIP

The following folders cannot be renamed.
- [Mac] folder
- [ScanSnap Home] folder

Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.
Select the folder you want to rename in the folder list view.
Click the folder name.
Enter a new folder name.
Press the [Return] key on the keyboard.

The folder name is changed.
