Copying a Content Data Record

Copy a content data record to another folder in ScanSnap Home.

A content data record can be copied in a folder under the [PC] folder in the folder list view of the main window.

HINT
  • Folders cannot be copied.

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. In the content data record list view, select a content data record to be copied.

    If you copy multiple content data records, select the content data records while holding down the [Ctrl] key or [Shift] key.

  3. While holding down the [Ctrl] key, drag and drop the selected content data record to the destination folder in the folder list view.

The selected content data record is copied in the folder which you dragged and dropped it to.

A content data record can be copied in a folder under the [Mac] folder in the folder list view of the main window.

HINT
  • Folders cannot be copied.

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. In the content data record list view, select a content data record to be copied.

    If you copy multiple content data records, select the content data records while holding down the [command command] key or [Shift] key.

  3. While holding down the [command command] key, drag and drop the selected content data record to the destination folder in the folder list view.

The selected content data record is copied in the folder which you dragged and dropped it to.
