Performing Text Recognition on the Characters of a Business Card or a Receipt on an Item-by-Item Basis Again
When the document type of a content data record is "Business Cards" or "Receipts", you can mark a character string with a frame in a scanned image on an item-by-item basis and perform text recognition for each item.
When an item in content information for [Business card information] or [Receipt information] in the content data record view is not correct, mark the corresponding character string with a frame in the image that is displayed in [View] and perform text recognition for the item again.
Items made up of characters in a business card or receipt, which you can perform text recognition on again, are as follows:

The character strings that you can perform text recognition on again are the character strings of an image in a content data record created from the document that you scanned with the ScanSnap.
Text recognition is performed on the character string that is marked with a frame in the image and then the value for the corresponding item in content information will be updated with the recognition result.
If the value for the corresponding item in content information will not be updated to the expected value, change the value in content information manually.
