Adding/Changing/Deleting Tags for Categorizing Content Data Records

To classify content data records, add a tag, rename a tag, or delete a tag that is set in the content data records.

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. In the content data record list view, select a content data record for which you want to change tags.
  3. Click Right Arrow for [Tag] in the content data record view.

    If the content data record view is not displayed, click Show/Hide Content Data Record View on the toolbar.

  4. Change tags.
    • To add a tag

      Click Add a tag and enter a new tag, and then press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.

      You can either enter a tag in the input field or select a tag from the list.

    • To delete a tag

      Click Delete Tag for a tag to be deleted.

The tags categorizing the content data records are changed.

HINT
  • When you select a tag name in [Tag] in the folder list view and then click the selected tag, the tag can be changed.

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. In the content data record list view, select a content data record for which you want to change tags.
  3. Click Right Arrow for [Tag] in the content data record view.

    If the content data record view is not displayed, click Show/Hide Content Data Record View on the toolbar.

  4. Change tags.
    • To add a tag

      Click Add a tag and enter a new tag, and then press the [Return] key on the keyboard.

      You can either enter a tag in the input field or select a tag from the list.

    • To delete a tag

      Click Delete Tag for a tag to be deleted.

The tags categorizing the content data records are changed.

HINT
  • When you select a tag name in [Tag] in the folder list view and then click the selected tag, the tag can be changed.
