After scanning documents with the ScanSnap, manually save scanned images (that are being put on hold in the ScanSnap Cloud server) in a cloud service.
To use ScanSnap Cloud, you must sign in to a ScanSnap account.
For regions where ScanSnap accounts can be used, refer to here.
- Display the Scan Window of ScanSnap Home on the computer.
-
Select [Open ScanSnap Home] in the menu that appears when you click
at the top of the scan window to display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud).
- Click
, which is displayed next to the [Open scan window] button at the top of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
-
In the folder list view, select the [Wait to send] folder in the [Cloud] folder.
- In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image which you want to save in a cloud service.
By selecting multiple content data records with the same document type and linked cloud service, you can save images for the content data records in the cloud service all at once.
- Click the [Upload] button in the message that is displayed in the content data record view.
The images are sent to a cloud service and moved to the [Sent] folder in the folder list view.
The images are saved in a cloud service which is set in the profile that was used when documents were scanned.
