Checking the Status of Consumables
Check the status of a consumable and replace the consumable if the page count of the consumable has reached the number of sheets for the suggested replacement cycle.

Display the Scan Window of ScanSnap Home.

Select [Preferences] in the menu that appears when you click
at the top of the scan window to display the preferences window.
- Select the ScanSnap that is currently connected to the computer from the list of ScanSnap units in [Scanner information] that is located in the [Scanner] tab.
- Click the [Details] button to display the [Details] window.
- Check the status of each consumable.
If [Roller set count] has reached 200,000, replace the consumable.
If [Pad count] has reached 30,000, replace the pad unit.
If [Pick roller count] has reached 100,000, replace the pick roller assembly.
If [Pad count] has reached 10,000, replace the pad assy.
If [Pick roller count] has reached 100,000, replace the pick roller assembly.
- Click the [OK] button to close the window.

Display the Scan Window of ScanSnap Home.

- Select the ScanSnap that is currently connected to the computer from the list of ScanSnap units in [Scanner information] that is located in the [Scanner] tab.
- Click the [Check consumable status] button to display the [Check consumable status] window.
- Check the status of each consumable.
